Business and Economics Teacher Surrey Independent School
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and enthusiastic Business and Economics Teacher to join a prestigious independent secondary school in Surrey. We are seeking a Business and Economics Teacher who is...
- ...a qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent or substantial independent school teaching experience).
- ...experienced in teaching Business and/or Economics at Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 (ALevel and/or BTEC).
- ...passionate about Business and Economics with the ability to engage students of high academic ability.
- ...an excellent classroom practitioner with a commitment to fostering independent learning.

Your Role Will Involve:
- Planning and delivering highquality challenging Business and Economics lessons.
- Meeting the individual needs of all students through differentiated instruction including extension and enrichment activities.
- Regularly assessing student progress and providing detailed and personalized feedback.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Creating a positive stimulating and intellectually rigorous learning environment.
- Working and collaborating with colleagues and contributing to departmental initiatives.
- Contributing to curriculum development within the department.
- Liaising with parents/guardians maintaining strong communication.
- Always Ensuring student safety and wellbeing and promoting the schools ethos.The Business and Economics Teacher will take ownership of these duties
