Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging highquality Mathematics lessons across KS3 to KS5 ensuring students gain a deep understanding of mathematical principles and their realworld applications.
• Design and adapt lesson plans to cater to a range of learning styles creating an interactive and stimulating classroom environment.
• Encourage critical thinking problemsolving and analytical skills through both theoretical lessons and practical applications.
• Monitor student progress provide constructive feedback and offer additional support to help students achieve their potential.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the schools extracurricular mathematics activities including math clubs competitions and projects.
• Foster a positive inclusive and respectful classroom atmosphere that encourages academic and personal growth.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A degree in Mathematics or a related field
• A formal teaching qualification with QTS (e.g. PGCE)
• A passion for teaching Mathematics and inspiring students to develop a deep interest in the subject
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• A commitment to fostering a stimulating and inclusive learning environment
