Job Description
Join our energetic school community in Tamworth as a Physical Education Teacher. We are looking for someone passionate about sports and fitness who can inspire and motivate students to embrace physical activity as part of a healthy lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging PE lessons at KS3 KS4 and KS5 covering a variety of sports and fitnessrelated activities.
- Develop and implement a curriculum that encourages physical health teamwork and personal fitness.
- Assess and track student performance providing feedback to encourage improvement.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere in physical education classes.
- Participate in extracurricular activities including sports teams and school events.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A degree in Physical Education Sports Science or a related field.
- A teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE QTS or equivalent).
- Experience teaching PE at KS3 KS4 and KS5 level.
- A passion for sports and promoting physical health.
