Biology Teacher Outstanding School in Reading (ECTs Welcome)
Are you a passionate and dedicated Biology Teacher seeking a new opportunity in an outstanding school We are looking for an enthusiastic Biology Teacherto join a thriving department in a highachieving school in Reading starting in September 2025. About the Role
As a Biology Teacher your responsibilities will include:
- Teaching Biology across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to a diverse range of learners.
- Assessing student progress setting targets and providing constructive feedback.
- Contributing to the Biology departments curriculum development and resource creation.
- Directing and producing school productions.
- Creating and maintaining a stimulating and supportive learning environment.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues in the department and across the school.
- Participating in relevant professional development opportunities.
Experience and Qualifications
- Biology related Degree
- QTS or PGCE
- Biology Teacher
Salary
The salary for this Biology Teacher position will be paid to scale MPS/UPS.
