Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering engaging and highquality Science lessons across KS3 to KS5 ensuring an indepth understanding of key scientific principles and practical applications.
- Creating tailored lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles providing a stimulating classroom experience for all students.
- Encouraging scientific inquiry critical thinking and problemsolving through both theory and handson activities.
- Monitoring student progress providing constructive feedback and offering individual support where needed.
- Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the schools extracurricular activities and opportunities related to Science.
- Cultivating a positive respectful and inclusive classroom atmosphere that empowers students to excel academically and personally.

The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree in Science or a related field.
- A formal teaching qualification with QTS (e.g. PGCE).
