Job Description
- Position: LVN Extended Care
- Location: Sidney MT 59270
- Pay Rate: $46/hr
- Weekly Gross: $1656/week
- Shift: 5:456:15 day shift
- Work Week: 36 hours per week
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Extended Care LPN
- LPN is responsible for providing compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to Extended Care Residents. The RN assesses patient needs develops care plans administers medications monitors patient conditions and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Matrix EHR
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift (Days)
- Ability to Relocate: Sidney MT Relocate before starting work (Required)
Work Location: In person
Requirements:
- BLS ACLS
- MT State or Cpmpact License
- COVID Vaccination/ Valid CPR
- Updated Resume
- BSN Required: NO
- Less than a year of Experience as LVN/LPN.
