You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailResponsible for the preparation of for all Departments of "Marine and Logistics" Annual Business Plans; this includes preparation, monitoring and analysis of Monthly and Quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Targets and Objectives set by the Operations Directorate for each Key Functional Areas (KFAs).
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
Collect Business Requirements: Work with stakeholders (clients, business users, managers) to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
Analyze Requirements: Analyze the gathered requirements to ensure they are clear, complete, and aligned with business objectives. Identify gaps or inconsistencies.
Document Requirements: Create detailed documentation that outlines business requirements, use cases, functional specifications, and non-functional requirements.
Validate Requirements: Work with stakeholders to validate the requirements, ensuring they reflect the business needs and expectations.
. Process Mapping and Improvement:
Map Existing Processes: Document current business processes (using tools like flowcharts or process diagrams) to understand how tasks and workflows are currently performed.
Identify Areas for Improvement: Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or opportunities for improvement.
Recommend Process Improvements: Suggest process changes, automation, or optimization to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, or improve service delivery.
Stakeholder Communication:
Liaise with Stakeholders: Act as a bridge between business stakeholders (e.g., department heads, managers) and technical teams (e.g., IT, developers) to ensure effective communication.
Manage Expectations: Help set and manage expectations with stakeholders regarding project timelines, scope, and outcomes.
Facilitate Meetings: Organize and lead meetings, workshops, or interviews to gather information, clarify requirements, and review progress.
Solution Design and Implementation:
Collaborate on Solution Design: Work with project managers, technical teams, and vendors to design solutions that meet business needs.
Support Testing and Quality Assurance: Ensure that the designed solutions meet business requirements by supporting testing efforts, creating test cases, and participating in user acceptance testing (UAT).
Change Management Support: Assist in managing the change process during the implementation of new systems or processes, ensuring smooth adoption by users.
Over 7 years of experience with relevant work experience in a similar position including Business Communications, Management, Planning and Reporting, Budgeting, Estimating and Costing functions preferably in Oil and Gas Industry.
• Expertise in Business communication and able to work independently with inter departmental communication and follow-ups.
• Strong interpersonal, problem solving, analytical, communication, managerial, influence and presentation skills. A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with different departments.
• Excellent command of English language both verbal and written skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and good working experience in integrated database system is essential (SAP preferred).
• Demonstrates confidentiality, integrity and work ethics; follows corporate policies and procedures; pro-active, innovative, continuously seeks opportunities for business improvement.
Educational Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in management / relevant Oil & Gas related discipline from an accredited University.
Full-time
