Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Housekeeper to join our team in Victor United States. As a Housekeeper you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean comfortable and welcoming environment for our residents and guests.
- Perform general cleaning duties in resident apartments hallways and common areas
- Prepare empty apartments for new resident moveins
- Respond promptly to resident and guest needs and requests
- Assist in addressing resident emergencies when required
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow proper safety protocols and use cleaning products appropriately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are properly maintained
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel
- Uphold a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with residents visitors and coworkers
- $16 $17 / hr
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and make decisions when necessary
- Strong problemsolving skills and adaptability in various situations
- Positive and friendly attitude towards residents and coworkers
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the day
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards
- Effective time management skills
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company policies and procedures
- No prior experience required we provide comprehensive training
Note: This position may require standing walking bending and lifting for extended periods. The ability to handle these physical demands is essential for success in this role.
