Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to serve Media Industry head for the Americas Region. This senior leadership role is critical in driving growth innovation and market leadership across the media landscape. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry expertise a track record of business development and the ability to build strong partnerships to shape and execute a transformative vision for the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership
   • Develop and implement a comprehensive media strategy tailored to the Americas region ensuring alignment with the organizations global objectives.
   • Monitor market trends consumer behaviors and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
2. Business Development
   • Drive revenue growth through innovative business models partnerships and alliances.
   • Expand the organizations footprint across traditional digital and emerging media platforms.
   • Acquire new business from various new/existing logos
3. Client & Stakeholder Engagement
   • Build and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders including content creators distributors technology providers and advertisers.
   • Represent the organization at industry events panels and forums to enhance its visibility and influence.
4. Operational Excellence
   • Oversee the development and execution of projects across content production distribution marketing and monetization.
   • Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with regional regulations and standards.
5. Team Leadership
   • Lead mentor and inspire a diverse crossfunctional team to achieve high performance and innovation.
   • Foster a culture of creativity collaboration and inclusivity within the organization.
6. Financial Management
   • Manage regional budgets ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
   • Drive cost optimization while maintaining quality and brand integrity.

Required Experience / Qualifications

• Engineering degree with 15 years of experience in a similar role with solid track record
• Good exposure to Streaming OTT Broadcast & Content business and process
• Analyzing business trends in the industry and building offerings and services
• Should have Interest and experience in competitive analysis in our industry and offerings
• Motivated competitive individual with a strong aptitude for learning technology
• Excellent presentation skills verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to comprehend Tata Elxsi Service line and to communicate value proposition to customers/prospects.
• Good Knowledge of Sales and solution selling concepts practices policies and procedures
• Must interact effectively with all levels of management and staff internally and externally
• Ability to handle a fastpaced environment and challenging workload
• Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed and accomplish goals
