Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with 1 year of experience to help us market job openings across the US & Canada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for publishing job listings across free job boards groups and websites while generating candidate inquiries.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Publish job openings for various US & Canada cities on free job boards websites and social media groups
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to attract potential candidates
Optimize job postings with SEOfriendly content to maximize reach
Engage with potential candidates and direct them to the respective job listings
Track and analyze job post performance to improve reach and conversion
Work closely with the recruitment team to align marketing efforts with hiring needs
Skills Required:
Experience in job marketing online job postings and lead generation
Proficiency in LinkedIn Facebook Groups Google Jobs and other free job boards
Knowledge of SEO SEM and digital marketing strategies
Strong copywriting skills for compelling job descriptions
Experience with Google Analytics & social media ads is a plus
