La figura riportando all Hotel Manager si occuper di:
The figure reporting to the Hotel Manager will be responsible for: Promote the structure on the market for MICE and WEDDINGS events Management of requests and offers planning and supervision of events Preparation of Service Orders coordination and delegations to Service Heads for event execution Verify correct closure of events and related balances Coordinates personnel at your disposal In collaboration with F&B Manager prepares the best proposals for banqueting planning the guidelines by autumn for the following season subject to confirmation and authorization by the Management
Qualifications :
Specific diploma/degree Previous experience in the role of at least three years gained in 5* hotels and/or R&C Fluent knowledge of Italian and English knowledge of another language is appreciated Excellent knowledge of the main hotel software The profile is completed by: relational and guestoriented skills with a strong predisposition to manage and resolve problems immediately; team working

Placement expected from February 2025 with a seasonal contract to December 2025 and the possibility of conversion to permanent contract for the Season 2026
