The Opportunity

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Cint plays a pivotal role in driving the growth of our Sales teams. As a Sales Development Representative on the team you will spearhead earlystage conversations with prospective clients generating excitement around Cints innovative solutions for advertising research. This is a unique opportunity to shape a new function build meaningful relationships and develop valuable sales skills in a highgrowth dynamic environment. What you will do

  • Land meetings with key decisionmakers: Execute multichannel campaigns (email phone LinkedIn) to generate qualified leads and book meetings with potential clients.

  • Become a master of outreach: Research your target accounts craft compelling and personalized messages and develop creative strategies to stand out from the crowd.

  • Collaborate and grow: Work closely with experienced Business Development Managers and share best practices with your talented SDR peers to constantly improve your skills and exceed your goals.

  • Drive revenue: Exceed your monthly meeting quotas and earn competitive commissions based on your performance.

  • Become a market research expert: Gain indepth knowledge of Cints innovative solutions and stay updated on the latest trends in the market research industry.

  • Proven track record of success: At least 1 year of experience as an SDR demonstrating a consistent and passion to generate qualified leads through crosschannel campaigns and personalized targeting.
  • A highly motivated and resultsoriented individual: A selfstarter with a strong work ethic independent problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to outreach.
  • An appreciation of the importance of market research to brands and agencies.
  • Enthusiastic and driven: Excels at prospecting building relationships and developing creative solutions to address client needs.
