Job Description
- Leads interdisciplinary teams manages contractors coordinates project scope and ensures contract realization within HSEQ time and budget constraints
- Managed by guidelines enforces standardized methods schedules inspections and addresses nonconformities deviations and claims
- Acts as a key contact for contractors collaborates with project teams liaises with EPC teams and reports to senior management
- Implements lessons learned progresses change requests plans testing procedures and ensures successful project completion and client satisfaction
- Ensures HSEQ systems are implemented hazards are mitigated and compliance is maintained including waste management and audit followups
- First project will be in Greece
Qualifications :
- Degree in engineering or construction or relevant industry experience; several years in industrial plant construction. Experience working on Biogas projects would be beneficial. Must be able to work with technical documentation
- Site Management Contract management HSE orientation SCC certification as an advantage and Microsoft suite proficiency
- Strong leadership motivational and negotiation skills; ability to present and evaluate ideas
- Solutionoriented good forward planner and effective decisionmaker
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
