Job Description
You are the first point of contact regarding process questions in the field of energy systems:
Develop and prepare heat integration concepts and heat and mass diagrams in the field of WtX e.g. water steam cycles in waste to energy plants or reactor cooling in power to gas applications
Develop the process flow diagrams (PFD) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (PID) and size the main and auxiliary equipment
Participate in safety studies and contribute to safety integrity level reviews
Prepare functional design specifications and support the commissioning remote and onsite when needed (travel up to 15%)
Participate in plant performance assessments with clients suppliers and notified bodies
Qualifications :
Masters degree in mechanical chemical or process engineering
3 years of experience in process design in the energy environmental technology renewable energies or in similar industry
Knowledge in process engineering use of CAE programs P&IDs logic diagrams and simulation tools (COMOS Ebsilon MatLab etc.)
Adaptable team player with good communication skills on different levels (from commissioning teams to Project Managers)
Selfdriven open minded personality with attention to detail and precise working style
Fluency in English; German is a plus
