As the Senior Category Manager Indirect Sourcing you will play a key role in shaping procurement strategies that drive impact across the organization. This role focuses on collaboration innovation and strategic problemsolving to optimize sourcing for MRO & Secondary Packaging categories representing approximately $70M in spend.
You will partner with stakeholders across all our operating companies to develop and implement sourcing strategies that reduce the total cost of ownership enhance supplier relationships and support business objectives. By leveraging strong negotiation communication and analytical skills you will foster a solutionsoriented approach that benefits the entire organization.

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $107000 USD $165000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and location. In addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a rolebased sales incentive plan.
