Associate Dentist Opportunity in Harrisburg PA $350k Potential!

Blue Jay Dental is seeking a highly motivated skilled and personable Associate Dentist to join our clients excellent practice in Harrisburg PA on a fulltime basis. The ideal candidate will prioritize patient care have a compassionate and confident bedside manner and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. As a respected member of the team you will have the opportunity to work alongside skilled professionals and contribute to the practices longstanding commitment to the community.
Our client has a highly profitable FFS and PPO practice offering excellent earning potential and a supportive work environment.
About the Practice:
- In business for over 30 years
- Drs. in practice: 3 Hygienists: 8
- Total chairs: 14
- Practice annual revenue: $4.2M
- 80% PPO 20% FFS patient base
- Fully digital upgraded technology (iTero Jazz digital Xrays CBCT MouthWatch intraoral camera etc.)
- Specialty work done in office: Invisalign & implants
- Average new patients/month: 2030
- Schedule: Parttime or fulltime available
Compensation:
- Salary range between $200K $350K based on experience and collections
- Strong minimum guarantee and percentage of collections
- CE allowance
- Malpractice insurance coverage

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of clinical experience required
- Current active dental license in PA in good standing

- GPR or AEGD preferred
- Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve
