Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST)

About the Company:

Sagan represents a fastgrowing property management company specializing in vacation rentals and residential leasing. The company is expanding its business development efforts and is looking for a dynamic resultsdriven professional to lead these initiatives.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Business Development Representative to drive growth by expanding our property management clientele. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on independent work building relationships and closing deals. You will play a key role in generating leads managing pipelines and securing new properties for our vacation rental and leasing programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Engage with potential property owners through online meetings calls and messages.
  • Pipeline Management: Track and nurture leads ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Market Analysis: Interpret market data to provide accurate revenue projections for prospective clients.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a liaison between the internal team and property owners to facilitate new property setup.
  • Business Growth Strategy: Identify and develop new opportunities including partnerships with real estate agents and referral partners.
  • Relationship Building: Establish longterm relationships with property owners real estate agents and industry partners.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in property management or real estate.
  • Proven track record as a Business Development Rep Sales Executive or similar role.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Technical proficiency in market forecasting tools.
  • Ability to navigate multiple online platforms and CRM software (LeadSimple HubSpot etc.).
  • Typing speed of 75 WPM.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 and industry tools (MLS Rentometer AppFolio).
  • Experience in customer support is a plus.

  • Proactive and knowledgeable about the real estate industry.


Work Setup Requirements:

  • Fast Internet: Minimum 40 Mbps download speed.
  • Equipment: Laptop two monitors webcam and headset.
  • Quiet workspace to ensure productivity.
