Job Description
We are hiring on behalf of our esteemed oil & gas client for an Operations Superintendent position. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficiency safety and compliance of offshore operations with a strong focus on Operations & Maintenance (O&M).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction on O&M activities to meet company KPI targets.
- Oversee the entire O&M team ensuring smooth operations.
- Lead Operations Readiness efforts to enhance efficiency.
- Address and resolve operational and HSE issues on platforms.
- Implement best practices to improve production performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the oil & gas Production Sharing Contract (PSC) sector.
Strong leadership problemsolving and HSE management skills. - Extensive experience in offshore operations within oil & gas including both operators and O&M contractors.
- Expertise in:
- MOPU (Mobile Offshore Production Unit)
- Floating Storage & Offloading (FSO) systems
- Storage Tankers
- Oil Production & Gas Processing
- Gas Compression & Dehydration
- Water Injection Systems
