Job Description

Our client is the largest licensed on/offramp platform for stablecoins in Africa now expanding into the dynamic Southeast Asian market. Headquartered in the USA. As part of their growth journey they are seeking a topperforming sales professional to lead business development and client acquisition across Southeast Asia.


Job Type: Fulltime / Permanent

Workplace: Fully Remote


Requirements

  • 8 years of proven sales experience with a successful track record in selling to global cryptocurrency exchanges and blockchainrelated companies.
  • Extensive knowledge of cryptocurrencies blockchain technology and the overall market landscape.
  • Strong professional network and business connections across Southeast Asia.
  • Exceptional negotiation persuasion and closing abilities.
  • Selfdriven with a resultsoriented mindset and a passion for exceeding sales targets.
  • Outstanding communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fastpaced remote environment.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).


Responsibilities


Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Identify engage and convert potential clients and institutional partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.


Market Development:

  • Explore and capitalize on new business opportunities within the Southeast Asian crypto and blockchain markets.
  • Expand our clients regional footprint by fostering strategic partnerships and developing strong market presence.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for highvalue accounts ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and longterm partnerships.
  • Drive client retention through consistent relationship nurturing and effective problem resolution.


Industry Expertise:

  • Utilize your deep understanding of the crypto and blockchain landscape to consult and advise clients.
  • Stay ahead of market trends competitor activities and emerging opportunities positioning our client as a market leader.


Performance Monitoring:

  • Track key sales metrics analyze performance data and present regular reports to senior leadership.
  • Continuously refine sales approaches and strategies based on datadriven insights.
