Job Description
Job Title: Project Manager Company: Star Services LLC Location: Taipei Taiwan Contract Details: Fulltime Company Overview: Star Services LLC is a leading provider of engineering procurement and construction (EPC) services in the oil and gas industry. With a strong presence in the Asia Pacific region we are committed to delivering highquality projects that meet our clients needs and exceed their expectations. Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Taipei Taiwan. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of EPC projects from initiation to completion ensuring that projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Plan organize and manage EPC projects from start to finish including project scope budget schedule and resources. Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets and monitor progress against established targets. Coordinate and communicate with all project stakeholders including clients subcontractors and internal team members. Ensure that all project activities are carried out in accordance with company policies procedures and quality standards. Identify and manage project risks and issues and develop mitigation plans to minimize their impact. Monitor project performance and provide regular progress reports to senior management. Manage project change requests and ensure that any changes are properly documented and approved. Conduct regular project meetings to review progress address issues and make decisions. Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time within budget and to the required quality standards. Mentor and coach project team members and provide guidance and support as needed. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with a focus on EPC projects in the oil and gas industry. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies tools and techniques. Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills. Fluent in English and Mandarin. Willing to relocate to Taipei Taiwan.
