Job Description
- Develop optimize and maintain data pipelines using Python Go SQL DBT and GCP (BigQuery).
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and version control workflows in GitHub to enhance deployment efficiency.
- Improve data observability and reliability by integrating MonteCarlo PagerDuty and Looker into workflows.
- Enhance data quality by writing clean readable highperformance SQL queries with robust debugging capabilities.
- Design and implement data models that align with business needs ensuring scalability and normalization using DBT.
- Automate and optimize data ingestion transformation and monitoring processes with an ELTfirst mindset.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to evaluate transition and implement new tools such as Databricks and Informatica.
- Participate in the migration strategy as we phase out Fivetran and Homegrown ELT solutions contributing to tool selection and implementation.
- Strong experience in Python Go SQL and DBT
- Proficiency in GCP (BigQuery) Fivetran MonteCarlo PagerDuty and Looker
- Deep knowledge of data modeling performance optimization and ELT architecture
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines GitHub and automationfirst engineering practices
- Bonus: Experience with Databricks and Informatica is a huge plus!
- Strong problemsolving mindset critical thinking and adaptability
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams functions and time zones
- Outstanding communication decisionmaking and stakeholder management skills
