Job Description
- Manage the organizations data assets throughout their lifecycle ensuring proper classification security and compliance.
- Oversee data governance workflows including monitoring compliance enforcing data quality and eliminating data silos.
- Ensure a single source of truth for data assets preventing duplication inconsistencies and inaccuracies.
- Implement data cataloging data lineage tracking and audit logging for enhanced traceability and transparency.
- Safeguard sensitive data from unauthorized access while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards through effective controls and monitoring.
- Promote data democratization by making highquality welldocumented data easily accessible to stakeholders across the organization.
- Implement data classification frameworks that assess risk level importance and security requirements at scale.
- Establish clear ownership and stewardship of data assets ensuring accountability across teams.
- Drive a culture of trust transparency and responsible data usage through effective stakeholder collaboration.
- 7 years of experience in Data Governance Data Quality or Compliance roles.
- Strong expertise in SQL Python GCP (BigQuery) DBT and Databricks/Informatica.
- Deep understanding of data security access controls and regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience implementing data governance frameworks policies and procedures.
- Strong stakeholder management and crossfunctional collaboration across multiple time zones.
- Excellent problemsolving communication and decisionmaking skills with a pragmatic approach.
- Ability to work independently while driving alignment across teams functions and geographies.
