Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customeroriented Aftersales Service Advisor to serve as the bridge between customers and our service team. This role involves providing professional consultation coordinating vehicle servicing and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the aftersales process. The ideal candidate should have strong automotive knowledge excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers regarding vehicle servicing repairs and maintenance.
  • Accurately diagnose customer concerns and recommend appropriate service solutions.
  • Provide cost estimates and explain repair procedures timelines and warranties.
  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient vehicle servicing.
  • Keep customers updated on service progress and notify them of any changes or additional work required.
  • Handle customer inquiries complaints and concerns professionally ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests work orders and customer interactions.
  • Promote aftersales services service packages and valueadded products to enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with parts and inventory teams to ensure the availability of required components.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies warranty guidelines and safety standards.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Automotive Engineering Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2 3 years of experience in automotive aftersales service customer service or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive repairs maintenance and service processes.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
  • Customer focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Ability to work under pressure manage multiple service requests and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with automotive service management software is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
