Job Description
Join a leading banking call center in Egypt providing highquality customer support for banking services. We offer two specialized roles:
- Voice Account: Handling inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Chat & Email Account: Managing customer inquiries through written communication.

Maadi Call Center Park (Onsite) Cairo Egypt
Start Date:
March 17 2025
Assessment Requirement:
PC or laptop required for the online test
Job Details:
- Morning Shift: Rotational between 8:00 AM 6:00 PM (9 hours including a 90minute break)
- Night Shift: 10:00 PM 7:00 AM (1hour break)
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary package: 14000 EGP gross
- KPI bonus: 2000 EGP gross
- Attendance bonus: 2000 EGP gross
- Night shift allowance: 1200 EGP for transportation
- Fixed days off: Saturdays and Sundays
