Job Summary:
We are looking for a Legal Assistant to provide administrative and research support to our legal team. If you have a keen eye for detail and an interest in law this role offers a great opportunity to gain experience in legal compliance contract management and case research.
Draft review and manage contracts and legal documents.
Conduct legal research and summarise findings.
Maintain and organize legal files and databases.
Assist in compliance and regulatory matters.
Liaise with external counsel and support the legal team in administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Law Business or related field.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Familiarity with legal terminology and processes.
Experience with document management and legal research tools is an advantage.
