Job Description
Job Brief:
We are looking for a competent PHP Developer who is capable of understanding and translating the business requirements (user stories) into system development requirements.
During the delivery of a support/development project you will be required to take ownership of the project from start to finish and complete it within the committed timeline. You will be involved in the entire development cycle but the primary focus will be on the backend development integration of serverside APIs ensuring the highperformance of various web applications and ultimately ensuring a great user experience for all developed systems.
Responsibilities:
Ability to understand business requirements (user stories) and translate them into development requirements.
Design Develop and Customize system/software as per business requirements.
Develop REST API for external system integrations.
Ability to build reusable code for future use.
Maintain source code analyze and fix bugs where necessary.
Assure that system is developed to comply with coding standards and secure coding best practices.
Optimize application(s) for maximum speed and scalability.
Skills Required:
Bachelors Degree / Diploma / Professional Certificate in Information Technology Computer Science Software Engineering
Minimum of 35 years related working experience
Strong knowledge of MySQL JavaScript jQuery HTML CSS and XML.
Proven Experience in Zend/Laminas & Symfony frameworks
Familiarity with Git version control and CI/CD workflows.
Experience in API integration (SOAP REST GraphQL).
Ability to write clean scalable and welldocumented code.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to workindependently.
Experience in Magento development would be an added advantage.
