Job Description
Must Experience and knowledge of sales CRM/ Dynamics 365 required.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of software testing principles (functional regression UAT).
- Experience writing and maintaining test cases using Jira Xray.
- Familiarity with Gherkin (Cucumber) for writing businessdriven test scenarios.
- Basic SQL knowledge for validating test data in SQL Server.
- Experience using Postman for API validation.
- Exposure to automation frameworks (C# SpecFlow NUnit) not required to develop but should understand test automation concepts. (Willingness to learn automation and contribute to test coverage)
Soft Skills
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work with crossfunctional teams (developers product managers business analysts).
- Good documentation and bug reporting skills (raising defects with clear steps to reproduce).
