Experience: 3 to 5 years in a support engineering role preferably with experience in application support or software development.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Application Support Engineer to understand and analyze client requirements resolve support issues and ensure smooth operation of applications for our clients in the Jewelry Industry. The ideal candidate should have
a solid understanding of .NET C# SQL and experience in database handling data migration and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction & Requirements Analysis:
o Collaborate with Client Managers to understand client requirements and ensure the product meets their needs.
o Address and resolve escalated client issues with a proactive and timely approach.
o Communicate with clients to provide clear and accurate solutions for any challenges they face.
Application Support & Issue Resolution:
o Monitor and resolve support tickets ensuring that issues are resolved within SLA (Service Level Agreements).
o Database handling and managing data migration programs for new clients using .NET and C#.
o Provide timely and effective solutions to clients based on product performance offering advice on how to address any problems they encounter.
o Propose solutions and fixes to enhance the product and meet client expectations.
Product Performance Review & Optimizing Solutions:
o Regularly review product performance and compare it against client requirements to ensure the optimal configuration.
o Proactively identify potential issues or improvements that could enhance client satisfaction.
Client Communication & Followups:
o Maintain regular followups internally and externally to ensure all outstanding client queries and requests are addressed in a timely manner.
o Address customer queries and provide technical assistance when needed.
Required Skills:
Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in .NET C# SQL
o Ability to write SQL queries and handle database operations effectively
o Experience with data migration programs and troubleshooting related issues
o Familiarity with clientserver architecture and application support

o Strong communication skills for client interaction
o Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
o Excellent problemsolving skills and proactive attitude
