Job Title: Digital Marketing Project Manager
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Digital Marketing Project Manager to keep client projects on track manage our team of specialists and freelancers and free up our founder to focus on business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Project & Client Management
- Oversee multiple digital marketing projects (SEO paid media analytics) from start to finish.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring smooth communication and timely updates.
- Coordinate between internal team members and freelancers to meet deadlines.
- Track project progress using tools like Asana Trello or ClickUp.
Team Coordination & Operations
- Assign tasks and ensure clear communication between SEO specialists freelancers and the CEO.
- Streamline workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Provide regular status updates flagging roadblocks before they become issues.
Reporting & Quality Control
- Review SEO paid media and analytics reports before they go to clients.
- Ensure client reports are clear insightful and delivered on time.
- Monitor key project KPIs (e.g. campaign performance SEO progress deadlines).
Process Improvement & Standardization
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for project workflows.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to streamline operations.
- Create templates checklists and automation to improve project consistency.
- Work closely with the CEO to establish scalable systems for agency growth.
Sales Support & Lead Management
- Maintained and organized the sales prospect list ensuring leads were properly categorized.
- Assign outreach & followup tasks in Asana to keep sales efforts consistent.
- Research potential clients to personalize outreach and improve response rates.
- Track pipeline activity and flag highpriority opportunities for followup.
- Help optimize and document repeatable sales processes for efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of project management experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of SEO paid media and Google Analytics (you don’t need to be an expert but should understand how these fit together).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (client interaction is key).
- Highly organized and proactive—you love keeping things running smoothly.
- Experience with project management tools like Trello Asana or ClickUp.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects without missing details.
