Job Description

Our client a Seattlebased leader in first aid equipment supplies and facilities is expanding rapidly achieving three consecutive years of doubledigit growth (29% 24% and 32%). Known for topquality products superior service and a solutionbased approach they are seeking a Sales & Service Representative (SSR) to cover the South Puget Sound region. This role will serve accounts from Olympia to Tacoma or Tacoma to Fife depending on the candidates location.

This position is ideal for a friendly organized and customerfocused professional who enjoys working independently. After training you will work from your home office managing a company van to service established customer accounts. Each week you will receive a shipment of inventory restock your vehicle and deliver and replenish first aid supplies while identifying upsell opportunities. The role also includes light installation work (e.g. mounting cabinets eyewash stations and AEDs) so basic tool skills are required.

Successful SSRs have strong earning potential with monthly bonuses averaging $1000 and top performers earning over $1700. The flexible schedule allows most reps to finish their workday by 23 PM.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service established accounts in the South Puget Sound territory.
  • Deliver and restock first aid supplies at customer locations.
  • Identify and upsell additional products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Install cabinets eyewash stations and AEDs as needed (light construction and tool skills required).
  • Set and manage your own schedule and route to maximize efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and place daily restocking orders.

Qualifications

  • Friendly reliable and organized with a strong customer service mindset.
  • Clean driving record and ability to operate a company van safely.
  • Basic tool knowledge for mounting cabinets and light plumbing installations.
  • Ability to store inventory at home requires a 10x3 storage space (garage or similar no apartmentonly storage).
  • Ability to park the company van overnight (street parking is acceptable).
  • At least one COVID19 vaccination and nontobacco user required.
