What Youll Do
Shape the Strategy Assess market opportunities identify challenges and help define the roadmap for Instabee Finlands growth.
Lead HighImpact Projects Take ownership of complex crossfunctional initiatives that drive business performance and scale our operations.
Work with Leadership Collaborate closely with the Country Manager and senior team to set targets and implement strategic plans.
Use Data to Drive Decisions Monitor performance track key business metrics and adjust strategies based on insights.
Remove Roadblocks Identify challenges resolve bottlenecks and ensure our strategic initiatives run smoothly.
Think Big Plan for the Future Were looking for someone with the ambition and potential to grow into a larger leadership role over time.
Who You Are
A Strategic Thinker with a Commercial Edge You have experience in strategy management consulting investment banking or business development. Startup/scaleup experience is a bonus.
A ProblemSolver Who Gets Things Done You thrive in ambiguity take ownership and know how to move projects forward.
A DataDriven Decision Maker You use insights analytics and performance tracking to sharpen your approach and drive measurable impact.
An Effective Communicator You can turn complex ideas into clear actionable plans and collaborate across teams.
Experience Matters Most but Education Helps A background in business economics engineering or a related field is a plus.
Fluent in English (Finnish is a bonus) You can communicate clearly and persuasively in a fastmoving international environment.
