Job Description
M365 Exchange Online Architect
Location: Pennington NJ
Work Type: 3day workweek Onsite
Job Type: Contract 24 months Extension
Visa: no restrictions (NO OPT/CPT)
Interview mode: Video (30 mins to one hour)
Starting Date: March starting
MUST HAVE: 10 years experience with architecture and/or engineering across Microsoft identity management services
Top MustHaves:
- Strong technical background in M365 specifically Exchange/Exchange Online.
- Deep expertise in identity security and compliance within a Microsoft ecosystem.
- Proven experience leading endtoend Exchange Online implementations.
- The bank is still in the process of moving from onprem Exchange to the cloudthis will be a major focus for this role.
- The Architect should be able to share expertise best practices and lessons learned with Danielle and the team.
- 710 years of experience as an Architect within M365 and Exchange environments.
Architecture Responsibilities:
- Responsible for highlevel design and strategy which is then handed off to engineering and operations teams for execution.
- Engages with vendors to evaluate integrate and optimize solutions.
- Oversees risk management ensuring the design aligns with security compliance and business continuity requirements.
- Focuses on deep technical intricacies ensuring all processes and protocols work together efficiently.
- Manages capacity planning ensuring scalability and performance.
Compliance Security & Controls:
- Must have a strong background in compliance security and governance particularly in highly regulated environments (e.g. financial services or government background would be ideal).
- The bank has extensive regulatory requirements so prior experience navigating and implementing compliance controls is critical.
- Works closely with Global Information Security (GIS) Legal Project Managers and Product Management to define and enforce business rules.
- Automation & Customization: Automation team has large automation focus.
- Nothing is outofthebox all solutions require customization at scale to fit the banks needs.
