Job Description
Job Title: ETL Manager
Location: Chicago IL
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ETL Manager to join our team and lead our data integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ETL processes with expertise in Ab Initio Control M GDE and Control Center. Experience in the healthcare industry is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:

Design develop and maintain ETL processes using Ab Initio Control M GDE and Control Center.

Ensure data integrity accuracy and consistency across all data sources and targets.

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs ensuring timely and efficient data processing.

Implement and maintain data governance standards and best practices.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior ETL developers and analysts.

Participate in the creation and maintenance of documentation including ETL sourcetotarget mappings and execution logs.

Stay uptodate with industry trends and advancements in ETL technologies.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.

5 years of experience in ETL development and management.

Proficiency in Ab Initio Control M GDE and Control Center.

Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and practices.

Experience in the healthcare industry is highly preferred.

Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
