Job Description
Job Title: Filenet Architect/Lead
Location: Troy MI or NYC NY (Hybrid 3 days onsite)
Job Type: Contract
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement content management solutions with IBM Filenet ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Integrate Filenet with other enterprise systems to streamline workflows.
- Monitor and optimize Filenet performance resolving technical issues promptly.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate content management needs into technical solutions and communicate progress.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and security standards for content management solutions.
- Document system architecture processes and user guides and conduct training sessions.
Skills:
- Expert knowledge of IBM Filenet components like Content Navigator Case Manager and Process Engine.
- Experience in designing and implementing Filenetbased systems and a strong ECM background.
- Excellent problemsolving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Leadership skills to manage technical teams and largescale projects.
- Effective communication skills to convey technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Relevant certifications in IBM Filenet or ECM solutions are a plus.
