Job Description

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials standby/oncall overtime premiums extra shift incentives or bonus opportunities.

Required qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in nursing
- Advanced study in area of clinical specialization
- Course work in adult education principles
- Coursework/Training in Performance Improvement and research methodology
- Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS American Heart Association
- 3 years Acute hospital experience in clinical specialty area
- 1 year experience in adult education patient/family education
Preferred qualifications:
- Masters degree in nursing or will accept current enrollment in
- Masters Degree program
- Within 2 years of hire: Nursing specialty certification
