Rate: $68/hr on W2 or $73/hr on 1099
Job Description:
Providence Olympia Womens Health Services is seeking an experienced Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to join our integrated care team within a busy outpatient clinic. As part of a collaborative team you will work alongside OBGyn and UroGyn specialty providers to deliver comprehensive care for female patients with pelvic floor dysfunction including pre and postsurgical patients. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and patientfocused clinic providing specialized care to women in need of pelvic health therapy.
Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care: Provide direct highquality care to female patients with pelvic floor dysfunction including orthopedic and pelvic health issues.

Collaboration: Work closely with OBGyn and UroGyn specialists to ensure optimal care for patients coordinating with other providers as needed for comprehensive treatment.

Autonomous Work: Function independently in your role while also being an integral part of the multidisciplinary team.

Care Coordination: Communicate regularly with patients physicians and caregivers to ensure effective treatment plans and continuity of care.

Project Development: Take on tasks related to project development process improvement and clinic development as needed.

Patient Caseload: Manage a caseload of patients mostly orthopedic with the ability to handle complex pelvic floor cases and pre/postsurgical patients.
Qualifications:

Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Licensure: Active Washington State Physical Therapy License (or must obtain within a few weeks of application).

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in pelvic health physical therapy is required.

Skills: Expertise in pelvic floor rehabilitation strong communication and collaboration skills and the ability to work both autonomously and within a team.
