**Physical Setting:** Longterm Care Nursing Home

**Salary:** Competitive hourly rates of $50 $53 reflecting experience

**Location:** Onsite in Far Rockaway Queens and Brooklyn NY

**Key Responsibilities:**

Conduct thorough assessments and document resident progress tailoring care plans accordingly.

Implement physician orders effectively ensuring resident wellbeing.

Offer empathetic support to residents and their families upholding professionalism.

Administer medications and treatments ensuring topquality care.

Maintain meticulous records of care services adhering to accountability standards.

Adhere to strict infectioncontrol protocols protecting all within our facilities.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet residents needs comprehensively.

Champion our care philosophies guaranteeing personalized and dignified attention for each resident.

**Requirements:**

Valid New York State RN License

Preferred: At least one year of experience in Skilled Nursing

Mandatory: Current CPR/BLS certification

Demonstrated excellence in technical assessment and documentation skills

Proven ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment

Strong independent decisionmaking capabilities

Availability for a minimum of three days a week to ensure continuity of care

Successful completion of drug screening and background check

Compliance with State and Federal employment regulations in a Nursing Facility

Exceptional teamwork and communication skills
