What You Bring to the Role:
- Coaching & Leadership Experience: At least 5 years of experience in coaching mentoring or leadership—either independently or within a reputable organization.
- Digital & Social Media Savvy: Comfort with platforms like LinkedIn Facebook and Instagram to connect with and inspire clients.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to engage motivate and build relationships via phone Zoom and digital tools.
- SelfMotivated & GoalOriented: A proactive mindset with a passion for helping others achieve success.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Mentor and coach individuals on personal development mindset shifts and goal achievement.
- Develop and implement strategies to help clients unlock their potential and maximize success.
