Job Description
Job Description Senior Software Expert (AI Architect)
- Architect scalable AI frameworks ensuring seamless integration into enterprise systems.
- Oversee the development and deployment of AI solutions with a focus on optimizing performance scalability and operational efficiency.
- Lead the design and execution of proofs of concept (PoCs) and pilot implementations to validate AI applications.
Productization & Deployment
- Manage the transition of AI models from development to production ensuring reliability retraining cycles and operational excellence.
- Implement best practices for infrastructure including containerized deployments (e.g. Kubernetes Docker) microservices and serverless architectures.
Tooling & Technology Expertise
- Work with advanced tools including vector databases cloudnative AI platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and retrievalaugmented generation (RAG) architectures for enterprise LLM workflows.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends to ensure the adoption of the most effective tools and frameworks.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with data scientists engineers and business stakeholders to align AI strategies with organizational objectives.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and scalable architectures.
Monitoring & Optimization
- Oversee model performance monitoring and establish evaluation frameworks to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure AI solutions align with compliance security and ethical standards.
Qualifications :
- 8 years of experience in AI/ML solution design and architecture.
- Handson experience with Python SQL and frameworks like TensorFlow PyTorch and Hugging Face.
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and MLOps practices.
- Demonstrated ability to scale AI models into production environments.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills with a focus on business impact.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Indepth knowledge of AI/GenAI deployment techniques and advanced architectures.
