Industrial Millwright Weekend Shift

Join our dynamic team and work with cuttingedge manufacturing equipment in a fastpaced teamoriented environment. We are looking for a skilled Industrial Millwright to maintain troubleshoot and optimize industrial machinery ensuring peak performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair advanced manufacturing systems including conveyors overhead and transfer systems robotic systems and presses.
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment following standardized procedures to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic pneumatic and electrical equipment to keep operations running smoothly.
• Diagnose replace and/or repair machine components such as cylinders pumps motors spindles fixtures slides valves gears switches and bearings.
• Conduct welding metal fabrication hand finishing grinding and polishing as required.
• Design test and implement improvements on hydraulic pneumatic and electrical systems.
• Work collaboratively in a flexible manufacturing environment adapting to evolving challenges and production demands.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

• Valid Ontario or InterProvincial 426A/433A Millwright Certificate of Qualification).
• Completion of a Millwright Apprenticeship.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Licensed Millwright in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Availability to work weekends and flexible shifts as needed.
• Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills particularly in highspeed highvolume industrial environments.
• Handson experience diagnosing and repairing hydraulic pneumatic electrical and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with PLC programming (Ladder Logic) and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) is a plus.
• Proven ability to perform preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Experience with welding machining and metal fabrication.
• Skilled in rigging and hoisting (preferred).
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining efficiency and precision.
• Strong team player with a commitment to continuous learning improvement and workplace safety.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams in a fastpaced environment.
