Job Description
Door & Hardware Installer
Duration: Long Term
Location:Doha
Department: Estimation/Procurement
Qualification:
Qualification:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Certification in Ironmongery Installation or Construction is preferred.
- Previous experience in ironmongery installation carpentry or related trade preferred.
- CAD proficiency and basic electrical knowledge of electronic locks.
Job Description:
- Install maintain and repair a variety of ironmongery items such as locks handles hinges and other metal fittings.
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine installation specifications.
- Accurately measure and mark surfaces for proper placement of ironmongery products.
- Ensure all installations meet safety standards building regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
- Handle tools and equipment responsibly and maintain a clean organized work environment.
- Identify and resolve issues with installed products making necessary adjustments or replacements.
- Collaborate with project managers contractors and other team members to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with installations.
- Maintain detailed records of completed work including installations repairs and maintenance.
