Job Title: Recruitment Officer
Department/ Sector: Human Resources / FMCG
Location: Lagos Mainland (Amuwo Odofin)
Salary: 200000 Net per month
Job Level: Junior (13 Years Experience)
Notice Period: 12 Weeks
Job Description:
Manage fullcycle recruitment for all positions within the company.
Source candidates using job boards social media and referrals.
Screen CVs conduct interviews and manage candidate relationships.
Administer background checks and reference checks for new hires.
Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs.
Update and maintain recruitment databases and reporting systems.
Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
