Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Controller to oversee the financial operations of our growing company. This role is ideal for a detailoriented professional ready to lead financial management and contribute to organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable payroll and bank reconciliations.
- Implement accounting policies controls and procedures to minimize risk.
- Prepare financial reports ensuring GAAP compliance.
- Lead budgeting financial planning and investment activities.
- Provide financial analysis for capital investments and pricing decisions.
- Collaborate with external auditors for annual audits.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in accounting or business administration.
- 10 years of accounting experience.
- CPA or CMA designation preferred.
- Strong management organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience: $25M$30M P&L; M&A experience ideal.
