Compensation: $75000$120000 depending on experience.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer III to lead the design development and optimization of highperformance electric submersible motors for subsea applications. This role is perfect for an experienced engineer passionate about innovation and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design and development of electric submersible motors focusing on efficiency reliability and harsh environment resistance.
  • Conduct thermal vibration and structural analyses for design optimization.
  • Innovate using new materials manufacturing techniques and costsaving strategies.
  • Oversee product testing validation and compliance with industry standards.
  • Perform root cause analysis on product failures and develop solutions.
  • Collaborate with R&D manufacturing and electrical teams for seamless integration.
  • Utilize Autodesk Inventor for design and mentor junior engineers.
  • Lead the design of custom machinery jigs and fixtures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (Masters or PhD preferred).
  • 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering particularly in submersible motors or rotating equipment.
  • Expertise in Autodesk Inventor and ERP systems like Epicor.
  • Strong leadership project management and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of industry standards such as NEMA MG1 API IEC.
  • Entrylevel (23 years) or experienced (510 years).
