Job Description
What you will be doing:
Work closely with local branch leadership to mentor and coach Builder Account Managers
Analyze market trends and plan sales strategies accordingly
Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients
Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs competition and supply and demand
Work collaboratively with the sales and operations teams to foster a culture of continuous process improvement
Represent the company nationally and locally at industry associations and client events
Experience you will need:
Bachelor’s Degree in a businessrelated field
Minimum of 3 years sales experience with a track record of proven success
Excellent communication organization and problemsolving skills
Must have the ability to create and execute a strategic approach to selling to builder accounts
Strong customer service mentality is a must
Solid working knowledge of the builder industry
Ability to travel
