Job Description
This is a remote position.
HYBRID: Remote and 2x Office in Madrid
.
Administer and optimize Red Hat Identity Management (IdM) / FreeIPA for authentication and authorization
.
Manage FreeRADIUS for remote access VPN authentication across multiple plants
.
Configure and maintain Keycloak for identity federation and SSO
.
Ensure seamless LDAP integration for authentication on L1 and L2 SCADA platforms
.
Implement and manage MFA using TOTP for enhanced security
.
Deploy monitor and maintain authentication services on AWS EC2 instances
.
Collaborate with security and networking teams to enforce access control policies
.
Troubleshoot authentication issues and optimize system performance
Requirements
Must Have
Strong Linux administration skills preferably with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
.
Expertise in Red Hat IdM / FreeIPA FreeRADIUS and Keycloak
.
Solid understanding of LDAP authentication and user management
.
Experience with MFA (TOTPbased) authentication methods
.
Proficiency in AWS (EC2 networking security best practices)
.
Strong networking knowledge (VPN firewalls access control policies)
.
Experience with scripting (Bash Python) for automation
.
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work in a highly secure environment
Nice to have
.
Certifications in Red Hat (RHCSA RHCE) AWS or networking security
.
Experience in industrial environments (SCADA OT security)
.
Familiarity with IAM best practices in cloud environments.
