Job Description
- Actively engage in community events such as festivals parades and sporting events to connect with potential candidates.
- Establish and maintain relationships to expand the network of resources for candidate outreach.
- Utilize social media and other innovative methods to reach out to potential candidates.
- Lead and organize local and industry job fairs as well as career events at educational institutions.
- Source qualified job candidates through various channels such as computer databases networking internet recruiting resources job fairs and employee referrals.
- Conduct daily doortodoor mobilization efforts.
- Collect data of target beneficiaries from the community and maintain digital records.
- Coordinate batches for different training programs.
- Conduct home visits for trainees as required.
- Coordinate community events including rallies certificate ceremonies and career fairs.
- Mobilize the community through methods like setting up stalls making announcements conducting community drives meeting with influencers and engaging with community members at parks.
- Conduct surveys and provide daily reports.
- Strong marketing skills
- Proficiency in online and offline networking

Requirements
- Graduates in any field / Postgraduates
- 13 years of relevant experience

Excellent communication and presentation skills. Knowledge and Ability to use different training methodologies aligned with the profile Presentable, Motivator Good people management and interpersonal skills Extensive knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques An ability to manage the full training cycle.
