Job Description
- Actively engage in community events such as festivals parades and sporting events to connect with potential candidates.
- Establish and maintain relationships to expand the network of resources for candidate outreach.
- Utilize social media and other innovative methods to reach out to potential candidates.
- Lead and organize local and industry job fairs as well as career events at educational institutions.
- Source qualified job candidates through various channels such as computer databases networking internet recruiting resources job fairs and employee referrals.
- Conduct daily doortodoor mobilization efforts.
- Collect data of target beneficiaries from the community and maintain digital records.
- Coordinate batches for different training programs.
- Conduct home visits for trainees as required.
- Coordinate community events including rallies certificate ceremonies and career fairs.
- Mobilize the community through methods like setting up stalls making announcements conducting community drives meeting with influencers and engaging with community members at parks.
- Conduct surveys and provide daily reports.
