- Become part of our team as Export Control Compliance Manager with responsibility for compliance with global export control regulations and policies.
- Also you will be responsible for implementation and monitoring of the requirements for the Global Standards and Procedures within the area of responsibility.
- You will be in charge for the consulting of all Export Control related questions in Germany.
- Also you will support internal & external audits and you have an active role in monitoring of national export control law changes.
- Use your knowledge for export Control Classification based on US EU and national law (dual use and military) and license determination and application.
- Finally you will continuously monitor the business activities with special focus on circumvention and review and release of business models or individual transactions.
Qualifications :
- Education: completed university degree in Business Administration Business Law or a comparable subject
- Experience and Knowledge: proven knowledge of export controls and professional experience in foreign trade; familiarity with ERP systems and strong IT proficiency (Office SAP etc.)
- Personality and Working Practice: you are a confident and dependable team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; you bring a crossfunctional team spirit and a strong compliance mindset; with intercultural experience you work in a structured qualitydriven and resultsoriented manner complemented by strong analytical skills
- Work Routine: we work flexibly and mobile 23 days per week we are together on site
- Languages: business fluent in written and spoken English and German
*In accordance with our regulations the gross annual salary for this position is at least 113.000 EUR for a 40h week (for a full year of employment and fullfilment of the companys eligibility requirements). The individual salary depends on your jobspecific experience. In addition you will receive a bonus based on the companys success as well as employer benefits for the Bosch pension plan.
