Job Description
DIGITAL SERVICES LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT
In this role youll be helping to facilitate Red Bulls social media portfolio this includes helping to manage the back end of Red Bulls nearly 1200 social media accounts as well as our enterprise social media services and tools (like Sprinklr Facebook Business Manager Crowdtangle LastPass etc.)
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
Youll build and maintain strong communication channels with internal stakeholders all around the world to ensure an efficient collaboration with very various teams ranging from Social media to Audience insights team.
DIGITAL SERVICES COMMUNICATION
Last but not least youll foster transparency and communicate accomplishments deliverables new tools new strategies and drive educational topics to distribute knowledge across the company.
Qualifications :
University degree in marketing communications journalism media technology computer science information systems or a related discipline or equivalent experience
Experience with digital services social media digital security or a similar field
Strong English writing skills project management experience and social media knowledge
Passion for social media digital tools and service mindset
Understanding of the digital and social media industry including social platforms like Facebook Instagram YouTube Twitter TikTok Reddit Twitch etc.
Have an active Facebook account so that you can use in Facebook Business Manager.
A passion for information technology digital tools and finding ways to organize and improve business processes.
Desire to become an expert with Social Tools: like Sprinklr Bit.ly Facebook Business Manager LastPass Brandbastion and Airtable.
Have strong communication skills and a desire to work and build relationships with a range of partners stakeholders and external contractors and to communicate technical subjectmatter.
Organized creative selfmotivated and focused on delivering results
Strong work ethic and team player.
