You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe person appointed will be part of the Corporate Technology Team and will be a important part of the transition of the Service Desk within Shawbrook Bank. They will be a technically able individual who will provide support
to all staff and associates within the business.
This supportwill be related to hardware software mobile devices and other technology tools and products. They will responsible for excellent customer service and will ensure a happy outcome in every resolution.
This is an exciting and varied role where no two days are the same. You should have a passion for IT and a willingness to learn and develop your own personal skills and knowledge in order to facilitate your own progression
and support company growth.
Company specific training will be provided but it is essential the candidate have a good knowledge on IT Support and systems administration. Customer excellence is crucial and 5 star customer service skills are key for success within this role.
You will be part of the Service Desk Team comprising of Service Desk and Deskside Support
Qualifications :
1 years experience in a similar role
Microsoft Fundamentals (MS900 AZ900 SC900) (desirable)
Microsoft Endpoint Administrador (MD102) (desirable)
Microsoft 365 Administrador (MS102) (desirable)
Microsoft Security Operations Analyst (SC200) (desirable)
ITIL v4 Foundation (desirable)
